INSULATED PANELS
The AS35 system offers speedy coverage and fast completion of a weatherproof building sealed to give a high performance building. Used to form roofs, down to a 4 degree pitch, and walls, the panels are insulated steel cladding of two coated steel profiles bonded to a core of PIR insulation. Ranging in a variety of depth's of insulation from 40mm, 60mm, 80mm, 100mm, 120mm . With different colours available and flashings to suit your preference.
SINGLE SKIN ROOF AND WALL SHEETING
At GC Structures we use the best products on the market from our supplier Steadmans the UK's largest supplier of cold rolled products and roofing, cladding products. The Single Skin Steel Cladding is suitable for a wide range of buildings from warehousing and industrial applications to agricultural and home outbuilding uses. Available in 0.5mm and 0.7mm thicknesses in box profiles to suit all situations. Also available with an anti condensation membrain to trap moisture and stop any drips inside any building .These are Manufactured to the highest quality standards, the roof and wall systems utilise premium pre-coated rolled steel sheets.
WHY CHOOSE A COLD ROLLED BUILDING
Cold rolled steel is now a recongnised alternative to hot rolled steel. With our buildings all the framing parts are manufactured from pre Galvanised steel this improves the turn around with your project as well as aditional transport cost. All sections are formed so this reduces labour and fabrication time. Our buildings can be transported easier because the steel sections can be stacked in a way that hot rolled cannot ruducing transport to site as our buildings come on a single load in most cases. When it comes to erecting our buildings there is a lesser need for heavy plant as most sections can be handled safely by 2 compotent persons. This is because the difference in weight between cold rolled and hot. Due to cold rolled steel being up to 20 times stronger than hot rolled this reduces the volume needed to provide the same finished product to the same high standard.
CONCRETE PADS AND SLAB
GC Structures can also carry out the ground works and installation for the concrete base for your steel framed building on local projects (Mull) . Here we can deliver a turnkey service to deliver your project from the ground up to a finished steel building . Using local quarries and trades delivering a reliable service at the highest standard.
